If you are a regular listener to this show, if this is your first time of listening into this podcast, welcome. I'm so grateful to have you here. But I've recently been working away behind the scenes on the launch of the Coaching Business Academy. And I really want to dive in a little bit today about
what my intention is with the Academy and who it's right for and who isn't and what it can do for you. As I said in the intro, you know, we kick off tomorrow with our first live coaching call. And it's so exciting because these are 10 coaches who really are ready. They're really ready to up level their game.
And as an established coach who has built a six figure coaching practice with very little social media effort, and certainly no paid advertising. You know, I really do know a thing or two about what it takes to do this. So I would like to think that I have taken the absolute best of my knowledge around that around what it takes to grow.
a really soul satisfying coaching business. And I've packaged it together into a business academy that is going to save you time. It's going to save you from the mistakes that I made when I was doing the do. And it's really going to be the 12 week experience that is going to move things forward for you.

So perhaps you're thinking, I'm a really good coach. I hope that's what you're thinking. Because you know what? I designed this academy for great coaches. I don't teach you in the academy how to coach. I teach you how to grow a business. So one of the prerequisites for the students joining me in the academy is that they are great
coaches. That's who I've designed this. In mind, that's who's been in my mind when I designed this, right? It's coaches who already have the skills and confidence in the results that they deliver. And this is so crucial. You know, like I said, we don't teach you inside the academy how to coach. But what we really focus on is how to build what we really focus on.
is how to build a thriving coaching business. One that completely aligns with your values, your vision. So if you're nodding along to that and you're thinking, yeah, that's absolutely me, the coaching bit, I'm good for that, Jill. I know how to coach. I've trained, I've invested in my coach training, or I'm fully intentional about doing so. That's not the bit I need help with.
I need help with growing my coaching business, then you're where you need to be. You're on the right track. Okay. I want to clear something up next. And that is that if you're looking for a quick fix, or some kind of magic formula to get rich overnight, then the Coaching Business Academy just isn't for you. And honestly, like spoiler alert,
There is no get rich quick scheme out there. Not that's genuine or ethical in our world of coaching. Okay. This Academy is for coaches who understand that building a successful coaching practice takes dedication, it takes strategic planning. And above all else, it takes authentic, sustained and consistent connection.

So speaking of ethics, you know what, this really is a biggie. I created the Coaching Business Academy for coaches like me. And sometimes I feel like, you know, we all kind of throw in integrity as a value, don't we? For me, that's a given. If you're a business owner, integrity has to be one of your, you have to value integrity, you have to care about it. But I guess maybe not everyone thinks that way.
But I created the Coaching Business Academy only for coaches who really care about integrity, who care about doing the right thing for the right people. So this academy is for you if you are only interested in ethical ways to grow your business. And if that is you, this program is gonna really resonate with you because it's about the truth. It's about the truth.
And that's not always what you want to hear. But one thing that's non-negotiable for me is to deliver to you what you actually need to know to grow your business. I'm just not about sleazy sales tactics or super over the top hype and false promises. Right? In the academy, we are about real relationships. We're about genuine impact and
We're about a marketing approach for your business that feels good. Feels good to you and to your clients, your prospective clients. Okay.
And when it comes to marketing, you know, I know that my ideal clients, the clients that I have created the Coaching Business Academy for want to spend their time doing what they love. They want to be spending their time coaching best job in the world, getting paid to have incredible conversations with incredible clients, right? You didn't.

do your coach training, invest your time in studying your craft as a coach to then spend all your energy and time on marketing and sales. That's not what your intention was. I know that.
So if you are a coach who wants to work with clients who wants to witness those clients transformations and know that your coaching makes a difference, then that is exactly, sorry, then you're absolutely in the right place.
But here's the thing, you also know that your marketing needs to be strategic. It needs to be streamlined. It needs to be effective so that you're not scrambling to find clients every month. And inside the academy, I teach you how to strike that balance, how to set up systems that work for you and allow you to focus on your clients without sacrificing the growth of your business.

I want to talk a little bit about money next. You know, we're not afraid to discuss money here on the Heads to Go the podcast. I quite often talk about making a stand for the and wanting to witness transformations with my clients and make lots of money while I do that. That's okay. I'm absolutely comfortable with saying that and I want you to be too, right?
It's okay to want to earn a great living from your coaching business and you absolutely deserve to if you're a great coach, earn to be make. If you're a great coach, you deserve to be making great money. And maybe you're already making some money from your coaching practice, but you know, it could be so much more and you're ready to level up and really create that financial stability and abundance that seems to be the thing that everyone else talks about, but you're not.
by feeding it in your bank balance. So inside the Coaching Business Academy, we show you how to structure your offers, how to price them confidently, and then deliver that value that feels worth every penny to your clients. Because I'll tell you one thing that is for sure people will only pay if they believe the value they're getting is more than the money they're paying.
That's the truth, that's the universal truth. You don't pay for something if you don't believe that the value of what you're paying for is worth more than the monetary amount you're paying. Worth saying twice.

So this is about creating a business model that supports your income goals, while still feeling completely aligned with your values and the transformation that you want to bring to your clients. Okay.
So I've talked a lot about who the Academy is for, but let's kind of talk a little bit now about who the Academy is not for. One of the things that you'll learn in the Academy and of course, with me promoting the Academy, you're kind of getting a taste of what I teach inside the program because obviously it's quite meta in that respect. And so it's
important for me to actually repel and be very clear about the clients who this offer is not for. Because that does two things. It means that we don't waste anyone's time in trying to sell something to them that isn't right for them. And it also reinforces to you if you are right for the academy, that you are right. Okay, so it does two things for me to be clear on this.
on who it's not for does those two things. So first of all, the Academy isn't for someone who's still trying to figure out if coaching is the right path for them. Okay, this is for coaches who are absolutely committed to making coaching their full time business. It's what they feel called to do with their life.
And it's for coaches who really take it seriously, and either have already invested in their training to be a great coach, or it could be for you still if you are kind of imminently planning to take to do your coach training, you know, but you're wanting to build both things in parallel. So you want to be training to be a coach and training to create a thriving coaching business at the same time that could be perfect.

But it isn't for someone who's still trying to figure out whether coaching is right for them. And it isn't for someone who has simply decided they're a coach and really has no intention of learning the skill, the craft of coaching. Hope that's kind of clear. And I hope that doesn't sound, take that out, Lena, that's too apologetic. So I hope that is really clear.
Also, the coaching academy isn't for someone who expects instant results. I said that wrong. Sorry, let me go back. Also, the academy is not for someone who expects instant results without a commitment to put in the work. Right? I want to be really clear about that. I can teach you how to grow a really successful, profitable coaching business.
but I'm not a miracle worker. You are equally accountable for putting in the work and doing the work that we ask of you inside the academy.
And this isn't about instant results. This is about building a sustainable business for the long run.
And you know what? The coaching business academy is definitely not for coaches who are comfortable with any kind of unethical or misleading marketing practice. So if you're someone who is insistent on following every single marketing trend and over-promising and having, you know, get this incredible result within the next two minutes in flashing lights all over your website.

you will not feel comfortable inside the Coaching Business Academy. That's not who I created it for, right? You know, I'm building here a community of like-minded, high integrity coaches who are ready to absolutely elevate their business, but to do that in the right way, surrounded by similar thinking people.
